Salagdoong Beach, Siquijor Island

3.2
#1 of 16 in Outdoors in Siquijor Island
Along with the powdery sand beach and pristine turquoise sea, Salagdoong Beach offers concrete diving platforms for jumping into the water. The diving cliffs reach two different heights, one at 5 m (16 ft) and the second at 10 m (32 ft). Even if you’re not the adventurous type, climb to the ledge simply for the vista of crystal clear sea, endless horizon, and limestone rocks enclosing the lagoon. When you head back down to sea level, explore the water, which thrives with small corals. Find refreshments in the onsite restaurant and bar, or enjoy a picnic in the provided barbecue area. • Really nice yung water dito pero i didn't have the chance to swim kasi napakaraming tao plus mukhang madumi na yung tubig pero a must visit in siquijor. Pero ang layo nito bes. Promise  more »
  • Clean white sand beach; But it's a famous beach, so there were many tourists. Even the restaurant couldn't keep up with the growing number of people; Our food took longer than it should be. The restau...  more »

  • Not worth time or money. Too many people, all cement, loud music, not natural.. yes, it can be fun to jump in the water from the platforms, but there are so many other beautiful places on this island I would rather go to.
  • The place is famous for cliff diving. The beach is well maintained by the local government unit. The food from their restaurant is relatively cheap. Watch out for sea snakes.
  • too crowded with tourists... doesn't look natural as other places... Waste of time compared to other great areas in Siquijor.
  • Next to an abandoned resort, the beach itself isn't bad as the stuff the resort built is still there like a water slide. There's a restaurant next to it but the food is just meh and skippable. Not a lot of action going on but a nice place to chill and look out into the ocean.
  • The beach is nice but not that big The cliff is really nice for jumping The restaurant price is cheap
