Cave
Take an adventurous and education tour of Lumiang Cave, the site of ancient burials. Expect a challenging tour involving waist-high water, rappelling, rock climbing, and more. Inside the caves, you'll see hundreds of wooden coffins grouped or scattered around. An experienced guide will manage your tour while you walk around the space, illuminated only with oil lamps. If you consider yourself claustrophobic, consult with your guide before entering. Dress appropriately for an active visit. • Nice cave, walk through water most of the way that is knee deep at its deepest. Bring a headlamp and water shoes would be a good idea, although flip flops would be fine too.  more »
  • It takes you about 4-5 hours, just to finish all the caves. It was a dangerous, extreme, and risk activity for all who wants to try the cave exploration, due to the fact that you're going to fit yours...  more »

  • Interesting place in beautiful scenery. Be prepared to see a bit more than just the coffins. ...
  • Nice to know that they "hid" a bit of our cultural heritage here. If you're bringing kids I suggest that you'd be careful since some parts of the hike require moderate expertise. The coffins are detailed up close. You'd appreciate the way they preserve the area.
  • I enjoyed walking back up those steps.
  • I really love this place the nature the cave but before you go to lumiang cave you should ready your self and its really amazing
  • Ifugao burial coffins up close and personal. Light to moderate hiking along the trail to the burial cave. Pause and savor the beautiful scenery while trekking. Wear your most comfortable training shoes or hiking sandals.
