  • It is a beautiful water fall and it is nice that the path goes through a local village. We swam in the refreshing fall.  more »
  • It's a downward trek to get to Bomod-Ok Falls that may take 30-45 mins depending on your pace. You need a tour guide to go with you and their rates are usually Php 500-600 and can go up if your group ...  more »
  • Many stages through the place and the rice fields. Not unstressful, but great views! Don't forget Sonnenscutz. Cooling the cases possible. In August, the little los☺, but very crowded during the high season.

  • It was a 2 km walk (and back) from where our Rented Van Drop us off. If your lifestyle is sedentary, I recommend training for this. I survived, however I thought I would have a heart attack. The water is so cold yet refreshing. It is a very wonderful experience going to this place.
  • 5 kms. of walking and climbing down and up the steps to complete this beautiful journey to the waterfall is worth it! Early morning is the best according to the tourist information centre. If not familiar with the way, better to take a tour guide with you and make sure you have the tourist registration receipt with you. There are fees to pay to go to Bomod-ok. Be mindful of your time because there is not much transportation available in the afternoon. We were lucky that we were staying at Coffee Heritage House which is just a walking distance.
  • Beautiful place. Cool water.
  • love the falls..the water is too cold even on summer
  • It was a long trek going down & finally a very long way back to the top of the mountain. It's worth it anyway. One of Sagada's best!

Where to stay in Sagada

Though remote, Sagada has established itself as a tourist destination, and therefore offers a range of accommodations for its guests. You won't find sparkling new hotels here, but that's the point. Seemingly every house acts a guesthouse across the modest urban area close to the bus stop. You'll find some offering a few more facilities, like onsite restaurants serving local cuisine, hot water, outdoor activity equipment rental, and tour booking. Some have a particularly rustic aspect to them, with their wooden designs fitting in with the landscape that surrounds, while some others remain very basic indeed.
