  • I went here with family. The place is definitely better compare 8 years ago.It was nice to see Trixie the Orangutan again, we were able to clicked before and after 8 years picture with her. I just hop...  more »
  • This really is a great place to spend a day. First, the logistics. The zoo is not super easy to get to from Manila and is not cheap. That said, Avilon Zoo makes up for the difficulty by just being a w...  more »
  • Compared with it several times I went to the Manila Zoo. It is about two hours from downtown Manila. Private garden (shared taxi and jeepney and tricycle all used) so access is bad. I couldn't see the whole career does not appear quite so. I felt that sense of distance and the animals are close. Especially the giraffes! You will receive a hand watching from the Hill as a hand reaching out. Think there worth a visit — absolute bad is how to access the...

  • I really enjoy the park. It had animals native to the Philippines which I have not seen in other zoo in the U.S. I took one star off because it cost money, $1US, to take photos with some of the animals, using you own camera. However I understand considering the cost to run a Zoo.
  • the compound is big. animals are well taken cared of. tour guides available too.
  • Plenty of animals, as in plenty that you won't remember them all. Best zoo in luzon, but poor food service. Very limited food choice, poor taste, and expensive to boot. It is best to bring your own food.
  • went there 2 years ago the zoo was not yet complete but still it has a clean environment and safe for kids as far as our experience is concerned. I hope the road towards the area is already paved and well lighted now with safe parking(for the Management)
