Located on the ground floor. People are busy, but rate is good. If you have time to think.

Of the smaller shopping areas (owned by ayala), u.p. town center is classy, less crowded, an easy stroll, but expensive (esp. For students). It caters to the well heeled of ateneo, Miriam and u.p. Gre...  more »

Nice shops and restaurants to choose from. The best feature of this mall is its landscape. It has a public park feel. Totally different from most malls in Metro Manila. 2年ぶりに行ったら、モールの規模が大きくなっててビックリ‼️ ...  more »

The place is really spacious and the interiors are amazing! There are corners where you can just chill with your friends and family. Although at times I get lost because of the different bridge connections. There are unusual stores out there like hippy and rock boutiques which I personally love! The food selections are great too, there is also a bargain area at the ground floor with different products such as clothing, cabinets, toys and the like. The security is properly placed everywhere.

The mall is great. They have an array of good brands and good food. I just find it difficult to navigate inside the mall because they all look the same. Better signs, more security guards and an app of some sort (for promos and navigation) could help a lot.

Another upscale Ayala Mall. Great design, bringing in nature with.lots of open spaces and greenery. Great food and shops as always. Big parking space! Love it here.

This place has improved leaps and bounds. The whole complex is pretty huge and the outdoor areas are quite pretty. It can get pretty hot in the middle of the day, though. Parking can be quite a hassle on weekends so be sure to arrive early.

Very good utilization of available space to incorporate nature strips and open spaces with shops and restaurants. Ample parking provisions with multiple bridgeways between the mall and multilevel carpark. If only they had put more thought in adding one more lane along the Katipunan Ave. side for their own traffic flow. From the three lane Katipunan Ave. 1 or sometimes 2 lanes gets occupied by motorists wanting to go to the mall during peak hours.
