Nature / Park
Created to support the La Mesa Watershed Project, La Mesa Eco Park serves as a getaway from the hustle of the metropolis, offering numerous options for outdoor recreation. The park spreads over a massive area, well-connected by hiking and cycling trails and divided into different themed areas, such as a camping zone, a picnic area, andn a fishing lagoon. Unwind by taking a leisurely stroll along flower terraces, or by walking the appropriately named butterfly trail. You can also swim in a salt water pool and paddle a boat around a small lake. Adrenaline junkies can choose between bungee jumping, rock-climbing, paintballing, and a zipline.
