  • Not as nice as the area at El Nido but upon arrival in Puerto Princesa is a boat trip along the islets in Honda Bay is definitely recommended as a first introduction to Palawan. 3 beautiful islands, each completely different. One completely full of giant starfish, the other is just a bar with super h3lder water and the last one was a beautiful island full of palm trees with little bar with delicious cocktails and cold beers. Top day. Iet also was too crowded. Fine!

  • I booked the afternoon before travel, but my first attempt failed as Go Palawan would not accept a booking less than three days prior. The helpful Dianne at Citadel Bed and Breakfast then had to try t...  more »
  • The hype surrounding the place is unwarranted. It's an overpriced tourist trap, fairly devoid of marine life. Many other places in Palawan worth seeing.  more »

  • It's a nice place if you're not really into island hopping type of tours. It's clean. I love the tour guides, they're funny, witty and knowledgeable.
  • Fun snorkeling, beautiful beaches, amazing mango shakes (on the last island), good buffet lunch. Would highly recommend when in Puerto. Tours can be full of lots of other people, but it's not too bad and all the views, water, and beaches are great.
  • I just got the package from an agency and it was all worth it because it was provided with a full pack lunch! One fine sand island and great place to promote the province itself. I'm always amaze to see the beauty of Puerto Princesa City. =)
  • If you like an easy simple tour, this bay tour is for you. Which you can also snorkel. Guide brought us first to a rental place for gears. You’ll have to see it for yourself tho, what view you can see beneath the water or, on or around the islands/sandbars the guide will bring you to. Personally I’d have preferred just one island, ie. Starfish or Cowrie. I’d have enjoyed more staying in one island for a few hours. We didn’t get to go to Starfish because somehow it was scratched from the itinerary. My sister’s friends knew about it but naturally we didn’t know which is which. Until we saw pictures online. Hence the two star review. And because we could’ve gotten a cheaper per pax at our own hotel. For serious snorkelling, some online reviewers prefer the northern part of Palawan. I hope they improve the wharf toilets. It was dirty and needed flushing, but no water even from the tap. Just a half pail of water to wash hands I suppose.
  • Great for daily tours, nice islands with clear water but bit crowded.
