Island Nature / Park
A shimmering turquoise treasure trove of reef-lined shores and golden beaches, Cowrie Island provides your final slice of paradise on a Honda Bay island hop. Known for some of the clearest waters in the area, the island makes a great spot to search for clown fish and starfish as you snorkel along the reef, before drying off in the heat of the day on secluded sands framed with shady cabanas. Hidden among the tropical palms, find thatched huts serving colorful cocktails, fruit shakes, and tempting buffet lunches. You can rent snorkeling equipment on the island. Where to stay in Puerto Princesa

The main urban area on the east coast provides the bulk of accommodations for visitors to Puerto Princesa. Choose from a rich variety of large resorts, relaxing spa retreats, and eco-lodges, with many nudged up as close as they can get to the beaches and offering sea views. More basic accommodations include side-street guesthouses and dormitory-style hostels, while wilder options can be found sitting in privileged places along the coast to the north and south.

  • I do love it's totality perfect view, one thing I could suggest is that they should put some charging stations..
  • Cowrie island is the most beautiful island i've ever seen. I love it because when we were there i got to see this wonderful island together with my family. The water is crystal clear and beautiful! Definitely ideal for swimming. :) I enjoyed all the activities that are available at this island, like jetski and banana boat because its affordable and definitely worth every peso you spent. It's a nice place to visit you will surely love its ambiance.
  • Nice island. Went there on part of a tour from Honda bay. My only annoyance was the cost of sunlounger rental. I thought that was a little steep.
  • Clean and clear water, nice food and friendly people
  • Great place to celebrate any occasion and the lunch buffet was good enough!!!
