Baker's Hill, Puerto Princesa

3.8
#1 of 6 in Shopping in Palawan Island
A hilltop bakery theme park with many colorful eating outlets, Baker's Hill makes a popular tourist spot in Puerto Princesa. Sample haupia pies, yema cakes, or Spanish bread from the few dozen bakeries, and enjoy the fairy-tale leisure park, children's playground, and mini-botanical gardens. Many observation points provide a view of the ocean from the hill. Flowers, well-manicured shrubs and many intensely colored sculptures provide a great spot for family visits. Menus include other dishes such as pizzas, tamilok, and sandwiches, as well as many local desserts and drinks. Baker's Hill is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our international travel planner, Puerto Princesa Edition.

  • Very clean and tidy. For us but too cheesy. Many fairy tale characters to the photograph, small roundabouts. Offers a beautiful view and how many times the bakery and pizzeria.

  • The place is excellent for taking photos. The landscape is very nice. There are a lot of sites here that you can take a photo with. The food in the restaurant is also excellent except that the waiting time for the food to be served is quite long. I my opinion, they served our food a little late because there was a group of people, who I think had a reservation, that was prioritized. So because there were few servers, we were not attended immediately. But the food was really great and delicious.
  • Where to begin? It's such a good place and very well maintained. This was probably my favorite part of the city tour. It fits to everyone whether you're with your family, friends or even just you. There is a play ground, places to eat, rest and take pictures.
  • Great place with great view! A definite perfect place to hang out. No entrance fee is required. A bakery, snack stall and a souvenir shop is in the place.
  • Instagram worthy place! So many areas to take pictures, to chill. Very lively and colorful ambiance! Love to stay longer! 😉👌
  • The bakeshop has great hopia with a great prize. By the bakeshop, there a little park were everyone can take pictures. There is also cool birds in captivity.
