Escape the heat and the urban hustle without leaving the city at Ace Water Spa. A cool alternative to the hot beach, the spa offers a wide array of water attractions, from the usual lazy river, steam baths, and saunas, to hot herbal pools and aroma baths. Families will enjoy a kids' area with a big water gun and a floor fountain, where you can “walk on water.” A variety of massage pools, tubs, showers, and chairs offer the chance for a relaxing massage for your whole body. For a soft massage, lie on the bubble bed, and for invigorating stimulation of the whole body, stand under the waterfalls. Ace water spa is very nice place. I would love to take picture inside but its not allowed to bring phone. The place is very romantic and relaxing, its is good for family and couple. You can experience the hot of the water and different kind of style of relaxing for body. This place is great. We enjoy here.

Awesome place to unwind. Relaxing water spa during holidays since there's no metrodeal customers that crowded the place most of the time. Also, I noticed that there are some customers who don't know how to follow simple rules like cover ups are not allowed and wearing head caps are required. It seems like they don't know how to read and understand the rules.

Awesomely relaxing and therapeutic place to be. Various water jets on the pools massage sore muscles and relaxes. Rain simulators and the artificial water falls are personal favorites. A dip in each of the four essential oil scented hot water pools and a cold water pool are experiences on their own. The team bath and sauna are sweat inducing and hopefully, fat reducing. Rest rooms are clean. Life guards are present. Can become addicting.

Overall good but service needs an upgrade. Checking in, filling up paper forms with almost all information like address (not sure why they need it) this takes time which makes the lines longer. Going to the spa: if you have a big party (checked in with 22 family members) the concierge had to write down on pieces of paper that will act as a ticket for those that do not have printed ticket. Huge time waster. You need to have tightly fitted swimming gear else you have to rent or buy. Inside the spa: really noisy (people and water) plus some tiles have sharp edges, my son cut his finger but no biggie. They have drinking water inside which is good. Going out of the spa: you are not allowed to take the towels to your room (I can understand for people who did not checked in but for guests that have rooms they should be allowed to bring those towels for convenience). Checking out: also lots of paper work. It takes really long time to wait for your receipt. There is a lot of staff but still the process takes a long time. Parking: no one from the concierge advices about the parking ticket to be used for exit to get free parking. Again paper forms on the front desk including plate number of your car (which in this case I do not know them since they are not my car). I think they need to rethink their process and streamline all of these for convenience of the guests. Plus huge retouch on interior, feels outdated and faded painted hallways. Hope management will see this review. 🙂

Relaxing but the management should consider that families who goes there also wants to capture memories with their loved ones and thus, should be allowed to take pictures at least. This picture is the only picture I got. Wasnt able to capture my wife and my toddler's smile and happiness.
