The new World Trade Center embodies the best of 21st century New York, brimming with innovative architecture, renowned public artwork, and grand open spaces. This “New Downtown” links Tribeca to the Financial District, and features a variety of modern amenities. This is a truly reborn place which now pulses with energy 24/7/365; all while offering a vibrant, street-level experience that effortlessly integrates the neighboring environment into its surroundings.

Bordered by Vesey Street to the north, the West Side Highway to the west, Liberty Street to the south, and Church street to the east, the World Trade Center is a sprawling, 16 acre mixed-used environment composed of 5 iconic office towers, the 8-acre 9/11 Memorial and Museum and over half a million square feet of shopping and dining. The entire area is the anchor for New York’s hottest “new” neighborhood. World-class shopping, dining, hotels, attractions & recreational options merge with unmatched accessibility to create the City’s #1 destination.

The World Trade Center offers direct, weather-protected access to most of the City’s subway, bus and ferry lines, with easy access to 11 subways & PATH trains directly from the buildings. Two new train stations (the WTC Transportation Hub designed by Santiago Calatrava, and the MTA Fulton Transit Center designed by Nicholas Grimshaw) pair commuting efficiency with stunning architecture and function.

The World Trade Center, and its surrounding commercial neighborhood, is home to market leaders in every field — from financial and media giants, to some of the most innovative high-tech firms and start-ups on the planet. These cutting-edge companies have chosen to headquarter at the WTC because of its ultra-modern state-of-the-art facilities, convenient commuter accessibility, and proximity to a highly desirable workforce.

  • A lot of local and international events are being held here so it's no wonder that the building is well maintained and secured. What impressed me most was the security personnels' response when an older woman fell and bumped her head when the chair at the coffee shop broke. They quickly assisted her and brought a wheelchair to take her to the clinic. The coffee shop staff were also very attentive to the woman and even gave her a slice of cake after making sure that she's okay.
  • Went here for the Big Bad Wolf Book Sale! The space is very spacious and tidy. The ambiance is good. The air conditioning is very satisfactory. The parking is spacious as well! All in all, a good place to hold various events and fairs.
  • I'm impressed with our World Trade Center now. The restrooms are clean. There are two shops serving food at the lobby. There's a vending machine also in the lobby for drinks. Parking is fixed at P45 when we went there for the Big Bad Wolf event. Also, outside food and drinks are not allowed. We already bought water upon entry then we needed to eat at the lobby but the organizers wanted us to exit the building and then go around to the front entrance. The guards at the front entrance would not let my bottled water in. I told them, "I bought this inside, what, do I need to buy again?" Which is totally wasteful so they had no choice but to let the water in. I think this rule changes depending on the organizer
  • Manila International Auto Show! This is great for Manila. I saw stunt driver Britisher Russ Swift work his magic around this tight circuit. They need to make him a commander of the British Empire for all of the movie stunts he designed and executed. Lots of Filipina models working this circuit hoping to land that big break into show biz. Must see!
  • Except for exterior painting and additional claddings at facade, nothing much has changed. If the exhibit features non food items and opens till late, be sure to come in after a meal. Food stall/kiosk are limited and pricey specially the coffee shop. Toilets needs improvements. Exhibit area is still the most convenient place to host big events. Parking is available with fee.
