Inspirock Rating:
3.7/5 based on 220+ reviews on the web
A high-end resort and a huge casino complex, City of Dreams Manila features six hotels, two nightclubs, a shopping mall, and a theme park. Minimalistic steel and glass structures--the only building that stands out is a large egg-shaped dome--surround a landscaped pool area. Though similar from the outside, each hotel showcases its own distinctive style inside. You can choose from a wide variety of rooms, including Japanese-themed rooms with low ceilings and calligraphy paintings, luxurious suites, and villas. The resort also offers numerous dining options, including the very popular Nobu restaurant, as well as buffets with American, Italian, and Chinese cuisine. • A OK hotell to stay at. Nice swimming pool and all facilities when it comes to a 4 or 5 star casino hotel. But for our family, the hotel did not get us on the mood, I think it is because it is so big!...  read more »
  • On the other hand, I admit nothing have understood at the table games... No poker Holdem, no Black Jack... Of the bandits as if it rained...

  • Don't let the name The Cafe' fool you. The quality of this establishment is truly incredible. The range of foods from lashing of caviar to succulent meats like prime rib, crispy pork to the freshest of seafood like smoked Marlin. The amazing desserts, custom made chocolates and the best creme brΓ»lΓ©e (to name but a few) are simply mind blowing. The setting is intimate and quiet at this time of year. The chefs are incredible and cook to the highest standards. The wait staff are second to none. Washing all our eating sins away with a cold bottle of Villa Maria (Reserve Bin), or two, and a final selection plate of cheeses with Frangelico completes the experience. Buffet dining is taken to another level here, this is definitely the future of dining in such large Hotels. It's literally a dozen restaurants rolled into one. The only problems are what awaits us when we next decide to jump on a set of scalesπŸ˜„, + waiting until 5.30 pm for this place to open for dinner to do it all again.πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ DRATS Very, very good & well priced.
  • Stayed in February for a friend's wedding and everyone was accommodating and wonderful. The pralines which they sent to our rooms where just delicious.
  • The amenities are nice but what I really liked was the pleasant staff. I was not able to get my room on time but they were really able to make up for it when the front desk officer kept on going to the waiting area where i was staying, just to apologize for the inconvenience and keep me updated on the status of the room and offered complimentary drinks as i wait. When I got into my room, the manager personally called to apologize and explain what happened. She offered to extend my stay but i politely declined due to my sched (too bad). As I walked into the hallways I saw nothing but sincere smiles from the employees which made me forget the bad start I had. All hotels for me just offer the same fine amenities but what stands out is the hospitality. Kudos and great job for the outstanding service!
  • The only thing keeping me from giving this hotel 5 stars is the second hand smoke is prevalent on every floor of the hotel. The staff is very friendly. Just remember a tip of 100 pesos is expected for every time you are helped out!
  • Poor service. Paid too much for nothing. In the middle of nowhere. Not appealing. Not much to do. I HATE carrying my luggage from the airport passing through the casino corner then upstairs to the restaurants and downstairs to the Hyatt's hotel just to check-in. Apparently the casino has poor security system and won't allow hotel guest to pass with luggage inside the casino. The whole City of Dreams looks like a bad hangover dream.
