City of Dreams Manila, Paranaque
(3.8/5 based on 240+ reviews on the web)
A high-end resort and a huge casino complex, City of Dreams Manila features six hotels, two nightclubs, a shopping mall, and a theme park. Minimalistic steel and glass structures--the only building that stands out is a large egg-shaped dome--surround a landscaped pool area. Though similar from the outside, each hotel showcases its own distinctive style inside. You can choose from a wide variety of rooms, including Japanese-themed rooms with low ceilings and calligraphy paintings, luxurious suites, and villas. The resort also offers numerous dining options, including the very popular Nobu restaurant, as well as buffets with American, Italian, and Chinese cuisine. • Hyatt COD is the best of its class hotels in Manila. Nice ambience, welcoming staffs, awesome nd superb room with attentive room facility. Would prefer to stay whenever I visit Manila..
  • Courteous employees, facilities were great and parking was never a problem anytime of the day, the food were all excellent ughh...apple pen pineapple pen!
  • High-speed internet did not disappoint. About 60 photos were uploaded in approximately 1 minute! It was amazing. We found the welcome treats delightful, even if they arrived the following day. My kid couldn't help munching on the cookies, marshmallows and chocolate. Butlers were also hospitable. I suggest that they improve on the following: Food - While there were more healthy choices like fruit juices, yogurt, cereals and the like, I find them limited and not so special. The waiters were accommodating. However those behind the food stations were indifferent. Cigarette Smoke - I do not smoke so I really mind the smell that's circulating in common areas like the lobby, elevator, hallway and pool side. Guest room - I was honestly expecting the room to be very grand just like the hotel's facade. While it wasn't, it was complete, new, clean and okay. Housekeeping - Generally, they provided what were needed. Below were the exceptions: Yoga mat was not readily available so I was made to call again in the morning. We requested for 2 extra pillows but we were just given one. We had to call again for something that we needed.
  • Don't let the name The Cafe' fool you. The quality of this establishment is truly incredible. The range of foods from lashing of caviar to succulent meats like prime rib, crispy pork to the freshest of seafood like smoked Marlin. The amazing desserts, custom made chocolates and the best creme brΓ»lΓ©e (to name but a few) are simply mind blowing. The setting is intimate and quiet at this time of year. The chefs are incredible and cook to the highest standards. The wait staff are second to none. Washing all our eating sins away with a cold bottle of Villa Maria (Reserve Bin), or two, and a final selection plate of cheeses with Frangelico completes the experience. Buffet dining is taken to another level here, this is definitely the future of dining in such large Hotels. It's literally a dozen restaurants rolled into one. The only problems are what awaits us when we next decide to jump on a set of scalesπŸ˜„, + waiting until 5.30 pm for this place to open for dinner to do it all again.πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ DRATS Very, very good & well priced.
  • Very fancy. We had an awesome experience in the hotel and amenities they offer.
