SM Megamall, Mandaluyong

(4.3/5 based on 260+ reviews on the web)
Shop, dine, and entertain yourself at SM Megamall, the largest mall in the Philippines. Initially designed as a complex of two buildings linked by a bridge, the mall has been expanded over the years, with the addition of an atrium, another building--which houses offices and a bus terminal--and a mega fashion hall. The mall features all the usual contents, including a department store, a supermarket, a food court, movie theaters, bowling alleys, and an ice skating rink. Eateries and restaurants serving local and international dishes occupy the bridge and the atrium. Be prepared to ask staff for directions, since the mall is huge and not well marked. Put SM Megamall at the forefront of your travel plans using our Mandaluyong tour planner.

  • The mall had expanded and did a lot renovations lately. That means more shops, restaurants and activities to choose from. The parking for bus was also a cool change from the old set up. A nice place f...  more »
  • We left the kids at the hotel and took a cab over from Makati. It was close to 11am but traffic was so bad it took 45 mins to get to Megamall in stop and go traffic. I really like this mall. It was sp...  more »

  • Incredible n awesome place for all type of shopping. Everything available under one roof. But you need to have plenty of time to visit every nook n corner of it which is worth visiting
  • New mall finds are mostly built here if not in MOA. A lot of must-try restaurants. And where my Italian comfort restau - Gottis can be found!
  • One of the best malls in the city. I challenge you to find a wider selection of stores and restaurants in one place. Decent parking spaces and not so convenient MRT station access. Megamall D has loads of new shops and restaurants that are a joy to discover.
  • SM Megamall is one of the biggest, oldest, and most popular malls in the Philippines. It is located in between Ortigas and Shaw station, and is frequented by people from all walks of life. Everything you can think of doing in a mall, chances are, you will be able to do here. Shops and restaurants are a plenty. You can probably find any mainstream restaurants and food outlet here. Downside is the traffic and the sheer number of people that comes through here, especially during big sales. But don't fret, it is big enough to contain all the foot traffic. However, if you find it a bit too crowded, there are plenty of adjacent malls nearby.
  • SM Megamall indeed got it all for you! It has shopping, it offers entertainment, dining, health, fitness and its passport-dti & other business assistance center. As with any other malls, parking is indeed a challenge.
