Kalanggaman Islet, Malapascua Island
(4.3/5 based on 300+ reviews on the web)
Step foot on your very own slice of desert island paradise at Kalanggaman Islet, a remote spot off the coast of Palompon. Take a boat tour from one of the larger neighboring islands, skimming across deep cerulean seas until you reach shores lined with coconut trees and soft white sand. Swimming, scuba diving, and kayaking--try them all before heading to one of two elegant sandbars, reaching out into the sea from either end of the island. Camping is permitted on the island, so bring your own tent or rent one of the small beach huts. The island has no stores, so bring your own supplies, unless visiting with a tour group. Take a look at our Malapascua Island vacation planner to schedule your visit to Kalanggaman Islet and learn about what else to see and do during your holiday.

  • Perfect for chill and snorkeling and also camping. the island is very small, and it has wonderful coral reefs to explore. Strongly recommend.
  • And then landed in a diving break, lunch at the barbecue. And recently, it's very popular, bad timing and not empty tables and chairs; Contact with want to go there from the Cebu City, Cebu City from and 1 night 2 but for me, exactly without touching as all come up there, "expedition when followed by" much better. Diving spots are on malapascua unusual drop-off, and nightly in addition to not highlight this area, relatively thick catch is fun.

  • Nice little island, but a right long boat trip there. Grab and go there combined with diving so it becomes really affordable!
