Kalanggaman Islet, Malapascua Island

(4.3/5 based on 360+ reviews on the web)
Step foot on your very own slice of desert island paradise at Kalanggaman Islet, a remote spot off the coast of Palompon. Take a boat tour from one of the larger neighboring islands, skimming across deep cerulean seas until you reach shores lined with coconut trees and soft white sand. Swimming, scuba diving, and kayaking--try them all before heading to one of two elegant sandbars, reaching out into the sea from either end of the island. Camping is permitted on the island, so bring your own tent or rent one of the small beach huts. The island has no stores, so bring your own supplies, unless visiting with a tour group. Take a look at our Malapascua Island vacation planner to schedule your visit to Kalanggaman Islet and learn about what else to see and do during your holiday.
