Where to stay in Makati

A landmark of the growth occurring throughout many areas of the capital's metropolitan area, Makati has a particularly high concentration of five-star hotels, stylish boutiques, and spa/mall/hotel hybrids. Clustering around the main commercial and business districts, such accommodations rise high into the sky, offering extensive views of the city. A few hostels around the primary transport hubs and rental apartments in the more residential areas provide options for budget-conscious travelers.

  • If each Glorietta part has a personality, this would be the introverted one. It has layers you have to go through before you can go inside so it's the least visited part of the mall. Its core has some of the best attractions for the average man like good dining places (Buffalo Wings 'n Things, Gerry's Grill, Yabu) and clothing stores (Cotton On and Uniqlo). Not much to do here other than shop and eat but it's more chill because it's less busy compared to other parts of the mall.
  • It's an office. The mall has barely anything but it has an activity area inside. The best part is all the Gloriettas and the Greenbelts are connected!
  • The Glorietta mall in general is a great place go if you're looking for a one stop shop for everything. Cinemas, groceries near by, 3 department stores at walking distance each, and a barrage of restaurants.
  • Very spacious, but what they're selling there is too expensive or roo niche for my taste.
  • It's a small mall apart from the Glorietta Complex but it has stores and restos and Uniqlo, but no cinemas. Go to G4 for the Cinemas.
