Ayala Triangle Gardens, Makati

4.2
Sit back and enjoy the skyline amidst greenery in Ayala Triangle Gardens, an urban oasis set in the heart of Makati's busy financial center. The 2 hectare (5 acre) grounds covered with tropical foliage host many joggers, walkers, and bikers, as well as a number of bronze statues of Filipino heroes. Check out a row of cafes and restaurants offering a retreat under the canopy. Inspired by London's Hyde Park and run by a major property developer, the park occupies the site of a former U.S. airport. At night, LED-lit skyscrapers and a light show put on quite a spectacle. • Best known for lights and music show every Christmas season, Ayala Triangle Gardens is frequented by families and groups especially during weekends during late November to December. You can bring a tripod or a monopod to help you stabilize your camera while you capture those Christmas lights, although it would be better if you can bring your aperture to at least f/1.8 or f/2. The challenge would be finding a good spot—there are plenty of people around.
  • good place for picnic with family, lots of food shop nearby. and good to do jogging here lot of people walk around. light show every night but only happened between November -January.
  • Went here to see the Christmas lights. The lights were synchronized to music. Very beautiful a lovely experience. Very Crowded. Lots of places to eat nearby.
  • Really nice place for a stroll or jog. There are also a few nice restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It also houses the Philippine stock exchange, and a lot of upper working class Hangout here. The place is very lively with occasional events around such as group exercises, star wars lightsaber sparring, and the ever famous Christmas light show around Christmas season. I frequent this park almost every day and I appreciate every single bit of it. Flaws from getting a 5: Bathroom is bad. It stinks and it's very warm and humid inside. Lighting can be improved. Cleanliness of the floors can be improved. It can get very muddy when it rains. Lots of construction happen. This blocks a lot of areas from being walked through. And sometimes it can be a hassle to walk around construction sites.
  • Had a great experience seeing the Christmas Lights Display at Ayala Triangle. The ambiance of the place relates very well with the Christmas breeze. A place for families, friends and even with your partner.
