Ayala Triangle Gardens, Makati

4.1
#3 of 38 in Parks in Metro Manila
Sit back and enjoy the skyline amidst greenery in Ayala Triangle Gardens, an urban oasis set in the heart of Makati's busy financial center. The 2 hectare (5 acre) grounds covered with tropical foliage host many joggers, walkers, and bikers, as well as a number of bronze statues of Filipino heroes. Check out a row of cafes and restaurants offering a retreat under the canopy. Inspired by London's Hyde Park and run by a major property developer, the park occupies the site of a former U.S. airport. At night, LED-lit skyscrapers and a light show put on quite a spectacle. • Before the year 2010, this area, which is now called the "Ayala Triangle", the very center of Makati's business district, had remained somewhat undeveloped. But now it has become one of the prettiest ...  more »
  • A good point about this park is the jogging opportunity at night. You can literally jog the entire perimeter of the triangle if vehicular pollution doesn't bother you. If it does, just stay inside the...  more »
  • Its the cheapest way to chill with family in this place. Kids have enough place to play and run. A lot of resto in the vicinity and a free library in the middle of this park!! There's a lot of activit...  more »

  • Metro Manila really needs more park.. just like Ayala Triangle, a garden in the middle of this building-clad area of Makati Business District. Very nice place. Good place to jog, walk the dog, read a book, rest or anything to pass the time. Ayala Triangle is not just a Christmas place because of its light shows. It is an everyday place. If I live nearby I will visit this place very often.
  • A picturesque place. The architecture, garden style, restaurants, and light works are attractive. Great place to meet friends and have a family bonding time where children can get plenty of space to run around and play games... Despite of being an animal lover, I did not like people letting their pets poop in the same grass where children are playing or grown ups are relaxing..need to work a bit on cleanliness to remove the dry leaves and dirt from grass that perfectly hides the possible beauty of nature..
  • No smoking area. But other than that it's good. Great food. Everything looked so good, we wanted to try all. It is worth revisiting if you have time. Such a hip place. Sarap! Trendy and comfortable hang out. Staff are very friendly, I think filipinos in general are lovely people anyway. I recommend this place. The ambiance was great! It is all over great value. Excellent food , unwind. Nice and cozy place
  • Still my favorite park in Makati. Very relaxin and perfect for your outdoor activities. When I get stressed, I just take a quick stroll at this place to clear my head for a few minutes then I go back to the office in a better mood. Ideally situated in the heart of the busy business district for your daily dining and relaxation.
  • This is a relaxing oasis within the city. I enjoyed being in the shade of huge trees and also walking around to play some Ingress. There are also several restaurants and cafes you can enjoy while you are here.
