Categories: Nature & Parks
Inspirock Rating:
3.8/5 based on 300+ reviews on the web
Meander your way along the paved paths of People's Park, underneath a giant metal dome inspired by the appearance of the city’s durian fruit. Bordered with over 1,000 species of plant from across the globe, the park attracts visitors primarily for its sculptures of indigenous peoples, created by Mindanao artist Kublai Millan. Relax in quiet serenity, following the colorful promenade across 4 ha (9.8 ac), stopping at the center to enjoy the dancing fountains surrounded by lush landscaped gardens.
