Located in the Lingayen Gulf, Tondaligan Beach is Dagupan City's public beach. Every year on the 1st of May, DagupeƱos and tourists alike come to Tondaligan Beach to celebrate Pista'y Dayat (Sea Festival) as part of the city's Bangus Festival. It is adjacent to Bonuan Blue Beach, the home of the world famous Bonuan Bangus. Tondaligan Beach is lined along its shores by huts for rent - for videoke and food. Various restaurants also dot the area, including the home of Matutina's Seafood Restaurant. Government buildings have also made Tondaligan its home in a measure to decongest the city center.
