  • Try to get there as soon as possible (on opening) to avoid the unhappy crowds. We went there early in the morning and we were only a few tourists, the visit took place peacefully and with a maximum of precaution to not bother these small animals (which is questionable seen by definition, come and see them = annoy them). We have seen 5 tarsiers and took a lot of fun to watch. We were always accompanied by a guide who ensures the smooth running of the tour. Our departure, several minivans landed dozens of Chinese ultra excited... I felt sorry for these small primates...

  • Tarsiers are indeed cute animals but the visit was extremely quick (less than 15 minutes). You're processed along with a bunch of people agglutinating around this poor animals, you're gonna see 6 or 7...  more »
  • If you need to see Tarsier then I would definitely recommend this place. Tarsier is nocturnal animals and if they are disturbed too much during the day they are committing suicide. Tarsier is a highly endangered species, and that does not make it better that they are as much of a tourist attraction. Here take the so well by the animals as possible, therefore is also very strict and clear rules, but it is the best. It is important that it is quiet.
