Perched on the top of Cebu’s classy Beverly Hills, Taoist Temple stands as an impressive modern place of worship built by the city’s Chinese community in 1972. Entered through a replica of the Great Wall of China after 81 symbollic steps, the temple offers an insight into Chinese folk religions. Standing at an elevation of 300 m (980 ft), the temple's grounds serve as a great platform to relax with a scenic view of the city. Admire a statue of a long green dragon outside the temple garden, or stroll around the complex and simply enjoy the scenery. Volunteers will help you take part in rituals for good luck. • Excellent place, very calm and beautiful. Well maintained. Definitely worth a visit.
  • Don't miss going here if you're in Cebu. Great infrastructure and lots of stairs.
  • STAIRS. Nakakahingal. Not much to see except for the view
  • its not easy to get as a lot of LPG taxis wont be able to get up the hill
  • Aside from the temple itself, there were not much too see (taking pictures of the inside of the altars is not allowed nor having them as a background) except for the cityscape below, but if you want to pray and need some guidance, there should be an old man who will assist you in interpreting the result of the stone throws you'd do in the prayer place.
