White Island, Camiguin
Categories: Beaches, Nature & Parks, Outdoor Activities
Made up of only white sand, White Island attracts sunbathers and scuba divers. The most-visited sandbar on the island sits against the backdrop of Mount Hibok-Hibok and Old Vulcan. This island, which is basically just a strip of sand, is shaped like a horseshoe when tides are low. It can be easily accessed from Barangay Agoho or Brgy. Be sure to bring lots of sunblock, as there are no trees nor shade of any kind on the island. With our international travel planner, Camiguin attractions like White Island can be center stage of your vacation plans, and you can find out about other attractions like it, unlike it, near it, and miles away.
