  • The first four days of the trip is eight days near d'mall, later four days here. Where there is no person who would prefer a white infinity me d Mall is a lot of noisy says the shuttle ride to d'mall fairways resort have been not to have satisfied living here. The resort entrance on the opposite side of the e-Mart and places like this eh comfortable. A private beach and is just 22 times building Please note that even though some of the same facilities are underdeveloped or Windows enough to justify it, a beautiful pool view and private beach that can be locked into thinking quietly.

  • Fairways & Bluewater is huge, and it's great! It feels like living inside Jurassic Park, with all the roads and buildings and cars, but luckily no dinosaurs. I got a really good price and felt I was i...  more »
  • A good friend of mine recommended us to try and stay at Fairways for our first trip in Boracay as a family. As I viewed the room rates, I think it's a bit expensive, but then again if you're traveling...  more »

  • The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Reception is so under staffed and really long waits to get anything done. We went in peak season at Christmas but every morning we went for breakfast at the buffet there was no food, no clean plates or cups just nothing to eat, we were shocked. We couldn't even make a piece of toast as there was no toaster?! Evening meal we received her was also awful. Freezing cold chips and over cooked meat and vegetables. I don't know how this place is 4 star they don't know how to cook or give good service to customers. The resort is huge so you need to get shuttles everywhere which are quite regular. The private beach and pool are nice but the bar at the beach again is awful. They had none of the cocktails I wanted to order and the one I got was disgusting, nothing like what it should have tasted. There is no 24 hour reception so when people in the room next to us we're making a tonne of noise at 4am we had to go sort it out ourselves. Would never stay here again and only did because the Shangrila was booked up. So disappointing.
  • The place is very nice and honestly depending on what you are looking for this may or may not be the place for you. I personally can not handle how far the hotel is from the station beach areas. You need to take a shuttle to the main gate, then take a tricycle to the beach for 100 pesos 1 way. The free bus shuttle services are usually crowded and run every 30 minutes or something like that. The place is very secluded. I can imagine this is a great place for a family who don't mind their kids in a large confined area. The hotel has about 6 pools and spas, golf courses and is the largest hotel in all of boracay in terns of land. I paid for 3 nights and we left after our first night, forfeiting 2 nights because the location was very hard to adapt to. There are places on the island in closer proximity to the station beach areas and ones that offer a variety of transportation options with much shorter wait times. I prefer to stay in the station 1 2 or 3 areas near either the main road or the beach front. A hotel like this is great and perfect for anyone who enjoys golfing and is truly on an escape from civilization and people. But everything the island has to offer is truly by the beach, not on your hotel grounds. The hotel also charges for WiFi cards to be used in your hotel rooms. Free WiFi is only available in hotel ground areas like the Lobby's, dining and pool areas. I am unsure about the spa areas.
  • Arrived 3/21/17 stayed 9 days 3/29/17 in Monterrey ( Grand Superior room). Everyone from front desk to housekeeping has been top notch! You get free juice while you check in. Free shuttle to D'mall every hour from 9am thru 10pm. Free hot breakfast, juice, coffee and fruit. Free WiFi in room and property. Private beach and the pool looking over the ocean is amazing. If you're an avid golfer then this is the resort for you, only 18 hole golf course on the island and the biggest. I would definitely come back in a few years. You can't go wrong with Fairways and Bluewater Boracay ! Special thanks to Marielle from guest services !
  • Excellent hotel but a bit expensive. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable thou they don't provide enough towels and no facial tissue. There are 6 pools in the resort and a lot of activities are available. A free shuttle to d'mall is available all day. The internet is fast and in a good price.
  • All the new pools and the new hotel rooms are amazing. Great free breakfast and lots of bars and restaurants. The property is huge.
