Wildlife Area Nature / Park
Combine an adrenalin-pumping adventure with lessons about organically grown food at Danao Adventure Park. To enjoy the natural scenery, go walking through rice fields, or take one of the many hiking paths throughout the park. Adventure-seekers can enjoy the landscape at a faster pace while bungee jumping, rock climbing, or even crawling along a rope spanning a gorge with the "tyrolean traverse" activity. In addition to numerous adventure sports, take some time to learn about preserving nature and our environmental heritage at the organic farm. When visiting the farm, learn about organic farming methods, and try some of the techniques out for yourself. • Nothing much has changed in the place since the last time I visited but the adrenaline rush is still there. Thrill-seekers can choose from zipline, canyon swing, cable car, and other activities. Local...  more »
  • Stoped here as part of a tour package I bought. This place basically has two different types of rides. Either you can do a gondola type ride or a Zip-line type ride or a combination of both. The ride ...  more »
  • Featured here is a zip line from the heights overlooking the loboc River below. Challenger has many tourists from Europe and America, I was experiencing while shouting and taking their own. Zip line will scare anyone too much, impossible to sit and enjoy a simple cable? Also there. Also view the below I saw ships river cruises and small waterfalls. I think it is not afraid of heights.

  • The place is very beutiful. If you are a nature and adventure lover, then the place is the best.
  • Not many people go here because the road to get to it is painful, and excruciatingly long. Having said that, you should definitely go! We did the ziplines and cable car, which are extremely unsafe - this adds to the experience and somehow makes it much more fun. Zip lines are done facing down, looking into the valley where the large palm trees look like ants. Excellent place.
  • This place was deserted upon arrival. No tourists. No locals. The positive reviews are all fake. This place is completely devastated & in need of a complete overhaul. We walked around & noticed all the rides in dire & unsafe shape. The park grounds were not well kept. Over grown bushes. Cracked pathways. On top of all this, we were still charged admission & was told the staff were on lunch. The experience was quite horrific, even with our 2 local guides. We were told that Danao is controlled by rebels & that can be dangerous for tourists. Stay away from Danao & this park at all costs
  • We enjoyed the uncomfy travel on our moped on the upaved roads more than what the park offered. The helmets were a bit stinky and safety quite questionable. Yet, the experience of all of this is perfect! :)
  • Love their Plunge! And their ultralites! And their rappel wall! Then again I last visited in 2012, before the earthquake. Wonder how it is now.
