Tinuy-an Falls, Bislig

(4.5/5 based on 180+ reviews on the web)
Due to its handsome aspect, Tinuy-an Falls has been featured in numerous international advertisments and affords visitors picturesque photo opportunities. An impressive 95 m (311 ft) wide and soaring 55 m (180 ft) high, the cascade is sometimes referred to as the little Niagara Falls of the Philippines. Regarded as the widest waterfall in the country, the curtain of water descends three tiers through the verdant jungle surroundings. You can ride rafts up to the deluge to enjoy a "water massage," and look out for a rainbow that occurs around the cascade daily between 9 and 11 am, when the rising sun catches the water at just the right angle. Put Tinuy-an Falls on your schedule, and learn what else deserves a visit by using our Surigao del Sur Province itinerary builder.

  • The place is just magnificent . You can't help but be amaze at how wonderful the falls is. The place is so calm. This is a place to be if you want to reflect on life and just sit there and be with nature. Well definitely visit again.
  • I love waterfalls! Tinuy-an Falls is really amazing. If you happen to visit Surigao del Sur, put this place in your bucketlist and I'm sure you too will be amazed. Had quality time with my family and friends here. 😁
  • Two stars because the waterfall is impressive and 3 stars taken because a natural location should not be charged entrance for and turned into whatever they turned it to. I didn't liked it there. Wayyy too many people. Go to Sian Falls nearby if try want to see pure nature and be alone. 100 times better and free.
  • We were late, (we went there by 4 only!), but enjoyed the falls!! Great for group tours, where everyone loves water! :) (Go there soon! ;))
