Categories: Farms, Tourist Spots
Inspirock Rating:
4.8/5 based on 95+ reviews on the web
Take a light trek through Hapao Rice Terraces, a natural sanctuary and a World Heritage Site. Learn from the locals about their farming traditions and the heritage of Ifugaos as you hike along the stone walls of the terraces, which take you down to the foot of the mountain. Surrounded by hills, walking along the trail through the rice terraces makes a truly memorable experience, with only the blowing wind creating any background noise. Hire a guide to give you a more detailed impression of the region, and also to show you the hidden hot spring. When walking, be careful not to cause damage to your surroundings.
