Ditumabo Falls, Baler
Categories: Waterfalls, Nature & Parks
Swim in the refreshingly cool and clear water of a lagoon below Ditumabo Falls, locally known as "Mother Falls" for their sheer size, with water dropping some 40 m (140 ft) from the mountain plateau. To reach the waterfall, you'll need to track dusty roads through lush vegetation, wade through a shallow stream, and walk over large, slippery stones. You can shorten the route by riding a motorbike down the bumpy road that leads to the hydroelectric plant. If you get hungry, look out for the stalls with grilled corn and rice cakes lining the trail. Add Ditumabo Falls and other attractions to your Baler trip itinerary using our Baler tour planner.

Nothing beats the power of God manifested in nature. Such a powerful relief. Water's totally rejuvenating.
I'm overweight and unfit but managed the walk with a couple of rests. The best waterfall around Baler. Take your bathers.
But it gets easily crowded since it's a popular tourist spot. We went there at 6:30 a.m and man, we thought we were the first ones but we were wrong.
