  • Where transit jeepney, steep walk tens of minutes and arrive at like a waterfall of yaku目. Of course I swam. I have at least 180 cm, totally not feet. Cold water is quite deep but also not is very nice. Worth going for only swim in the waterfalls, however, is whether it is annoying. Scenery and the air is best.

  • After around 40 minutes jeepney ride and about 30 minutes walk, you'll be able to see the beauty of Tangadan Falls. There are cottages to rent, vests (normally at Php50 but we get ours at Php40/vest unlimited time) and bamboo raft (Php25) for hire, and also stalls where you can buy some food/drinks. There's also a cliff diving area. Restrooms are also available free of charge. #DoGoChasingWaterfalls
  • Super nice waterfall. Make sure to do the longer trek to the waterfall, instead of driving (almost) all the way to the waterfall - it is much more rewarding feeling to walk your way to the waterfall. For the daredevils you can jump from a top, but please be aware that the jump has a rather tricky take-off, so better ask the locals before jumping.
  • A 30 minute picturesque hike to the falls is already a treat. When you reach the waterfalls you will be greeted with stalls selling snacks and life vest rentals for around 50 PHP. You are going to need a guide to get to get a local guide to get to the falls. Overall a definite must see when in La Union.
