Mt. Pulag, Baguio

(4.9/5 based on 150+ reviews on the web)
Climb the highest peak in Luzon at Mt. Pulag, a summit rising nearly 3,000 m (9,840 ft) above sea level. The well-maintained trail and great conditions make this ascent suitable for even beginners, but keep in mind that temperatures drop toward the top, so consider bringinbg extra layers of clothing. Once you've reached the top, the climb rewards you with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks and a sea of clouds, forming a famous sight in the area. During your trek, keep your eyes peeled for threatened species, such as the Philippine deer and the long-haired fruit bat. Try to reach the peak before dawn to catch the awesome view of the sun rising above the clouds. Plan your visit to Mt. Pulag and a wealth of other attractions, well-known and undiscovered, using our Baguio holiday planner.
