  • Had our touchdown here during our last visit. Good place to picnic. Had our lunch there. Chilly place. There are dangers though along the tree paths. One kid tumbled over a protruding tree root and hi...  more »
  • Nice and peaceful attractions. Fresh air plenty of trees and views. A few things to walk around and visit without a crowd. There are picnic tables in the area to eat out.  more »

  • This hotel in Camp John Hay in Baguio is an attraction on its own. It's Baguio "away from the crowd." No matter how congested the traffic is outside and no matter how many people are there visiting the other tourist spots in the area, it's nice to be in this quiet hotel with less people and still feel the cold air of the Summer Capital of the Philippines. Also, it's best when you're able to book rooms facing the garden.
  • We are a couple who booked an overnight stay at a Deluxe Rm with Garden view. But when we checked in, we were upgraded to a 1 Bedroom suite Garden view for free. Maybe the front desk knew that it was our first time at The Manor. Our stay was almost perfect. The only downside was there was no A/C. But the ceiling fan was nice though.
  • Ah, the true Baguio experience. A nice and relaxing place to spend Christmas season in PH. Amazing fireworks display, good food, and beautiful ambiance. A day here is a crime; 2 weeks is apt and enough to recharge you on your way back to the grind in Manila and Makati.
  • We had the most horrible experience in this hotel. Upon check-in, the front desk/reception did not ask for our identification. There was no room available for us even though they confirmed our reservation. We arrived very early in time for breakfast and asked if we could check in early but we were told to come back. When we came back at 2pm, there was still no room available. The front desk then offered a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite which we dutifully declined as it was not the proper thing to do. But what was most appalling is that we realized that the front desk was given a free hand in assigning rooms to guests. In fact, they allowed 4 drivers to stay in a suite. We ended up staying in a 1 bedroom suite suited for 1 person even if we were booked in a suite for a husband and wife.
  • We only went to the bar which had an open fire place and pleasant live music. The drinks, snacks and service were all very good. It's an enjoyable place to go to after a day spent in Baguio to get some rest from the crowds.
