  • Falls are near the town of Tarapoto in car 20 minutes, approximately. The place is full of vegetation and there are many shadow! There are many steps to climb and by time since everything is wet, so care is a little slippery. At the end of the ascent are cataracts, obtained great photographs! The water is pretty cold and river. I would not recommend climbing to the very elderly, nor vi many children. The entrance is banquitas where could stay resting and drinking coconut beverages, are very cheap and refreshing. I highly recommend them!

  • The waterfall was beautiful but not exceptional. There were very many tourists and locals here and there was a right crowd. You can swim here and the water is clean.
