El Silencio, Punta Hermosa

(3.2/5 based on 85 reviews on the web)
Relax on the white sands of El Silencio, or go for a dip in its calm azure waters. The gentle breeze lends itself to windsurfing, while clear waters make swimming and snorkeling enjoyable. No need to bring a picnic; plenty of nearby restaurants serve up a wide variety of snacks and seafood. Look out for the pelicans diving for fresh fish. Be sure to pack plenty of sunscreen as well as a sun umbrella, as there are not many naturally shaded areas on this wide, long beach. Put El Silencio into our Punta Hermosa vacation trip planner and find out what's close by, where to stay, and where to head next.

  • The silence has always been a busy open beach and although it no longer has the kiosks of yesteryear, you can still find a large dose of the drunkards and cars with loud music. If you tolerate that, give. The beach is relatively quiet, although always should have caution why tend to come rounds of waves large (gusts).

  • Beautiful beach very large and uncrowded. Not suitable for children because the gap between the beach and the sea is remarkable as well as the backwash of the waves. There are no particular structures or lidos.

  • Silence is a very nice beach near lima, but during weekend is filled with a lot of people. I would recommend going on weekdays since the water is very clean.
