Relax on the white sands of El Silencio, or go for a dip in its calm azure waters. The gentle breeze lends itself to windsurfing, while clear waters make swimming and snorkeling enjoyable. No need to bring a picnic; plenty of nearby restaurants serve up a wide variety of snacks and seafood. Look out for the pelicans diving for fresh fish. Be sure to pack plenty of sunscreen as well as a sun umbrella, as there are not many naturally shaded areas on this wide, long beach.
