  • I have been to Piura on two previous occasions and liked the city, particularly the Plaza de Armas because of its circular design with four walkways that are covered with lush, green creepers providin...  more »
  • June to Piura having had a unique experience with the Sechura desert that, were it not for the Pan-American Highway, think so since the beginning of the world. Pizarro when he arrived in Peru must have seen before all this unique and spectacular.

  • It is a very pleasant and picturesque, easily accessible, place to rest and chat a few minutes. Think it should improve what your lighting at night, since it makes her tawdry. If we compare other places like Cuzco and Arequipa, Piura's lost enough points for being a meeting point in the evening. Probably at the time when I went, they had electrical problems and why it was so. Let us hope.
