  • The Paracas Ballestas Islands are in the Pacific Ocean, close to the coast of the Peru. They are famous for harboring marine fauna such as Humboldt penguins and sea lions. They are also a refuge for thousands of birds such as pelicans, tendril, cormorants, etc. The plan costs 30 soles per person but you have to pay an income tax to the reserve which costs 11 Suns and in addition to this 5 soles of the entrance to the pier. Not allowed the landing of tourists in these islands, so not to disturb the animals that live there, but the boats approaching enough so that they can enjoy the beauty of these animals. The tour lasts about an hour u mean but I assure you that it is magical. What beauty!

  • Excellent place to visit with the family. I was a weekend and went it great. The best time is to travel in October where there are more animals, we saw dolphins and sea lions, I recommend bringing a jacket windbreaker for the place. I'll be back to go, very good.
