  • Thanks to the Miss Arangoitia, who supported us during the visit in the Museum. The collection, which is incredible. There is still much work to do in Cahuachi.

  • Arriving at the Museum, which is located in the city of Nazca, the door was closed which gives the impression that there is no care, however we play and told us that they kept it closed for safety reasons and have video cameras to find out who wants to Enter. The entrance costs 15 soles per adult and 30 additional soles by guide with a route of 1 hour and a half by 8 rooms having the Museum. Parts of the Museum are signposted and are very interesting for who wants to know more about the culture is born. Reception sells souvenirs and books on different archaeological zones that are found in the province.

  • Definitely get the guide 20-30 soles (in spanish) and it will take an 1 1/2 aprox
  • Little museum but full with interesting things to see
  • An astounding collection of Pre-Inca archeological discoveries complemented with a thorough multi language binder describing the incredible artifacts. The building is unassuming. Inside is well presented. In the courtyard there are immaculate recreations of some of the details of Nazca life of the ancient peoples. Very easy to access. Well lit. Enjoyable. Quiet. A bargin for the entrance fee.
