  • Located between them squares of San Martin and of weapons of Lima, are 5 blocks of shops and local of food, sale of clothing, sale of footwear, areas cultural, churches, the transportation public of the city the Metropolitan has a station in Jirón Cuzco to 3 blocks of the Plaza of weapons of Lima. It is worth going, it's safe, busy, and hours of shop until 7 or 8 pm.

  • This area is the most classic of lima of the colonial, only time that much trade. It's always good to shop around there.

  • It is a pedestrian street just 5 blocks that connects the Plaza de Armas with the Plaza San Martin. Full of business and people walking. It is evident that it had better times but worth the walk since there you can see the true spirit of the Lima, i.e. as not private. It should be careful with the crowds of people and the arrebatarores, as I was advised as they advised me to take my backpack in front and be attentive. In my case it was all normal and I didn't see anything strange. There are enough police. We toured it Sunday afternoon and full State and people and all businesses open. The surprise was to see a kind of Carnival sponsored by the municipality in which we could see joyful parades with dresses typical of Peru, singing and dancing in the street. It was very pleasant and a real surprise
