  • Our tour was about an hour and a half, full of Inca and Spanish colonial History and culture. It was a good way for us to understand some the ancient Inca lore and the underlying resentment for Spain....  more »
  • Probably the best collection of colonial painting in Lima. It is quite removed from the tourist areas of the city, but it is worth approaching ravine to visit the Museum.

  • It makes some days really was lucky to be able to appreciate a priceless collection of the history of Peru. The entrance to the Museum is not face-((20 soles adulto y 10 soles estudiando y jubilados)). They have a few good guides, explain in a way very didactic meanings and because of some pictures (painting, strokes, iconography. It has spacious gardens which are "rented also" for any event. They are not just a collection of pictures, but also some things from the old owners and there is a well-preserved silver room. Everything that was said during the tour, what more I like, is that you not only visit you contribute to the restoration and preservation of the place, but also part going to the Asociación Pedro de Osma, takes care of social work to the needy. It was a nice visit, which actually covered my expectations, the place is nice for those who like to take pictures and is super quiet.
