  • The Casa de la Moneda and the Numismatic Museum I love! See the history of the coins, see every detail of the coins, see how they are coined and history... actually I really liked... Thanks to our guide Genaro Rivera... the visit was spectacular. The only problem is the traffic centre but it is worth spending that suffering! 100% recommended

  • Inside of a colonial huge building where the current production of peruvian coins are made, there is this Museum that takes you centuries ago.
  • This is the Museum of the currency of the Peru, there since the time of the colony, up to the present. You can also buy collections of notes and coins. It is in the center of Lima, you can go to the morning of preference because it is dangerous at night, it's free. Also there are very colonial rooms where is aprencia the architecture of the time and you can take good photos.

  • Interesting Museum. I would have liked to hear the explanation of a guide, however there were posters with clear and accurate information. The staff is friendly and there is security. I recommend visiting it and marvel at all the coins and banknotes circulating in our country from the Viceroyalty until today.

  • I very much recommend visit this place and the great history of the Peruvian currency, the first banks, old safes, ancient treasures of Peru, old elevators, you have much to see, to a small art gallery.
