  • This museum is great. Interactive, entertaining and very well decorated. Ideal to learn more about Lima pre-Hispanic, Colonial and Republican. It is a good experience to go with children of 5 years onwards.

  • Is that the municipality of Lima has organized groups guided to visit the Museum. Still it is not open to the public at 100%. I guess they will do it later. The Museum is very interactive as it shows you videos, projections virtual recreations quite modern. You have the possibility to feel the quake that destroyed much of Lima in the colonial era. It is worth visiting it, only that you don't have the possibility to visit the 3 stages in the history of Lima in a single tour if you want to see what you need you have to re-enter. I imagine that when the suggesting will improve that. I think that children from 6 or 7 are eligible to enjoy this Museum and you'll want to continue exploring Lima. Eye is forbidden to take photos or filming.
