  • by the comments of some users here, I realize they had good opinion, I say had, seems that it no longer works, by favotr to the municipality of lima do something, I stayed with the desire to know about the ancient significance of my city. know it and if it is possible to invite foreign friends so that they can revel in a good part or almost the entire history of lima, our LIMA. THAT THE AUTHORITIES ARE MORE AWARE OF THIS FACT SO EMBARRASSING AND UNWORTHY TO OUR CULTURAL HISTORY

  • Although don't forget me to place the date in which I (repetivamente) was in 2013 and 2014, is a perfect place to learn the history of the Peru. It is a mandatory place to visit to prepare your visit to lima. Preferred.

  • I visited the Museum a couple of years ago and found it very interesting. The guide that we had was very well informed and had parts of the visit which were interactive, what made the experience very entertaining. That's why, last Saturday (13/02/2016) went again with some friends so that they knew it. However, it turned out that the Museum has good time closed. It surprised me because there is no official communication update on the website. I only found some news from the beginning of the 2015 announcing a renovation of the Museum for about 4 months, so at this point you should already be working normally. In addition, a couple of revisions of this page were not so long ago; so the situation was totally unexpected. At the door, staff informed us that more than half year ago does not work the Museum and they do not have any information about a future re-opening. We were even told that several people are intending to visit and take the same unpleasant surprise day after day. It is rather disappointing for a museum that had such good memories; doesn't cost much to make an official statement, it is part of the service and respect for users. Also, consider that TripAdvisor partners must publish updated reviews and be honest about the dates of our visits, because only in this way is that we actually contribute to the experiences of other travelers/visitors.
