  • It's a classic monastery of the colonial era, in which you can appreciate the fusion of local artists with the Europeans. It has altars carved in wood, other coated in gold leaf, impressive pictures. It was the monastery that lived Santa Rosa de Lima and San Martín de Porres. You can climb the Tower of the Bell Tower and you'll have a panoramic view of old Lima.

  • The building has multiple options to learn, some pay and others free of charge, the only thing free is that you can enter the nave of the Church and contemplate and enjoy its architecture and see some Relíquies of the Peruvian Saints such as San Martín de Porras and Santa Rosa de Lima, the activities pay are, the view to the monastery where she lived San Martin de Porras and climb the bell tower where you can see excellent views of the city.

  • Honestly the Church would have been better off not advertising a wedding fair on the cathedral. It felt a bit "Jesus chases out the money changers from the Temple". Beautiful building but the ads were in bas taste
  • Beautiful cloisters and convent started in 1551. Tombs of Saint Martin de Porres 1579-1639 and Saint Rose of Lima 1586-1617.
  • I like this place

  • The place is reassuring... No I believe that this in the middle of the hustle and bustle Lima. I went up to the tower and was the voice of the poets who were inspired to talk about Lima. Meat University pay half!
