  • We went to the monastery and catacombs, a very interesting place, I recommend it completely. Gave me grief if the library of the convent, an ancient, it is in such poor state, being that he still has all his books, it is wonderful.

  • I paid 10 soles to visit, the guide was Patricia same site, inside you can't shoot. Very interesting room where the Franciscans chanted the Gregorian chants, the library, the room that has the painting last supper. This location is the catacombs, with apparent bones.

  • near laza arms or behind, outside religious end products featuring visiting churches is not my forte but if you know your history and see its architecture

  • Don't let take photos inside. But the Museum is great, very impressive, this 10 soles in general and 5 soles for students. One of the favorite museums. Highly recommended

Where to stay in Lima

One of Peru's most expensive destinations, Lima offers accommodations that range from modern hotel high-rises to family-run guesthouses. Most visitors stay in Barranco, Miraflores, or San Isidro, three of the city's safest and prettiest neighborhoods, which offer a good selection of budget lodgings. For something truly authentic, look for hotels located in restored mansions, many of which offer pleasant rooms overlooking manicured enclosed gardens, ideal for enjoying romantic meals or hosting small private parties.
