  • Very well located and easily accessible, on Avenida Paseo de La República and right next to the Parque de La Reserva in Lima in Peru, the Peru's National Stadium which is also known as Estadio Nacional José Diaz is a multipurpose stadium which has a capacity of about 50000 people and which stands out for its impressive architecture and a very pleasant and modern infrastructure. We know the location to the place when we went to the Park of La Reserva and the circuit of the waters, but we can't know the inside of the stadium, because the night we were there was being carried out a game for the Copa Sudamericana.

  • It is not as big as I imagined. You could not access the public baths during the concert but if they placed portable toilets, all these had no toilet paper. I think that in Peru, it is essential to carry toilet paper in the bag. I could be in area Platinum and it was very comfortable because there were many people but the VIP area was rather disastrous. People are avalanchaba one on top of another and not recommend it because spending long hours with the weight of other people up and stopped must have been horrible. Or you pay a little more to enjoy the concert close and comfortable or pay less and enjoy the concert calmly from the seats. To be a national stadium is poor and small.

  • Its innovative façade really impressed me for good. We went to see Uruguay play there against Peru. Unfortunately we lost, but we enjoyed being there. The acoustics are awesome. Congratulations Peruvian brothers. They have a world-class Stadium. Greetings from Uruguay

Where to stay in Lima

One of Peru's most expensive destinations, Lima offers accommodations that range from modern hotel high-rises to family-run guesthouses. Most visitors stay in Barranco, Miraflores, or San Isidro, three of the city's safest and prettiest neighborhoods, which offer a good selection of budget lodgings. For something truly authentic, look for hotels located in restored mansions, many of which offer pleasant rooms overlooking manicured enclosed gardens, ideal for enjoying romantic meals or hosting small private parties.
