  • It is a place that has been well thought out and is an example of planning and harmony with the culture and environment. Has with rooms spacious, much information, is can see the mummies real and there are areas interactive as a machine that emits sounds of ancient instruments musical and a room of videos informative. There is also a shop of crafts and some alpacas at the entrance.

  • It is a spectacular Museum by large finds that are within it. Not only has important historical relevance by cultures harboring: pre inca, inca and colonial; but for the mummies are displayed and which have a degree of impressive conservation. See mummies of all ages and the ritual used for burial is simply wonderful. Totally recommended.

  • A Museum is little known among Peruvian and foreign travellers, is about 3 hours from the city of Chachapoyas, and you have to go with an agency of tourism or private car. The input is low for the wonders that you see. Coexist the pre Inca, Inca cultures and even the colonial Museum. There are 4 rooms, with murals explanatory, and guides of Museum that you will help to acquit them doubts that you have. The wonderful thing about this place are the mummies that were found, rescued and are in excellent condition. More than 200 mummies of different ages and with different rites of mummification. It is worth visiting it because there are places so amazing.
