3.9/5 based on 120+ reviews on the web
Fundo Pedrito captures the essence of the Amazon, a tourist garden exhibiting exotic plants and animals typical of the native jungle. Explore the vast array of wildlife among the thick green foliage and many ponds. Get up close and personal with the animals by feeding them. Notably the garden is one of the only places you can see paiches, the biggest freshwater fish in the Amazon basin. You will need to take a 20 minute boat ride to reach the garden. Be prepared to walk through wet mud and bring repellent to fend of mosquitoes. • A unique place where you can feed Piranhas and paiche. They have some species of parrots that makes the place very striking. The platform at the top of the trees, allows you to see the entire panorama of the place. Very relaxing in a hammock that invite you to take a NAP and enjoy the breeze and the fresh air.
