Fundo Pedrito, Iquitos
(3.9/5 based on 130+ reviews on the web)
Fundo Pedrito captures the essence of the Amazon, a tourist garden exhibiting exotic plants and animals typical of the native jungle. Explore the vast array of wildlife among the thick green foliage and many ponds. Get up close and personal with the animals by feeding them. Notably the garden is one of the only places you can see paiches, the biggest freshwater fish in the Amazon basin. You will need to take a 20 minute boat ride to reach the garden. Be prepared to walk through wet mud and bring repellent to fend of mosquitoes. • It can be of the Paiche closely and see them also very close. Good for taking photos and eat something.

  • Very good place. They show us the Paiches (fish from the jungle) and piranhas. As we got there start poring raining, but did not stop us for looking all they have to offer.
  • It can be fed Paiche, piranhas, alligators and other fish. The entrance to this farm was part of a tour, and we were there an hour, long enough to ensure that children enjoy the place. not recommended for older people, since to get there you have to go by boat and walk a bit by a way between rugged.
