  • Huanno falls are in San Jerónimo de Surco. For those who dare to go by bus, from the center of Lima have to go up to Chosica (in the famous Chosicanos or minivan) and from there take a bus to Matucana, who will leave in Jerónimo de Surco, is a small village. There the same people knows to tell them, they have to pay a minimum sum and indicate you how to upload to the Huanano waterfall... also there are others, but they require more walking. We took less than half an hour to climb and it is not very hard. They accompanied us local dogs and were practically alone, which made it more relaxing and quiet. During the walk, there are posters motivadoresy numbers that call in any case. The waterfall is really very nice and they can even be swimming there. Upon arriving, there are also bathrooms, a pool and a table for power lunch (Yes, what to buy before and take it). Really, one of the best outputs in Lima, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

  • Departure from San Jero'nimo de Surco, for those who like hiking is of medium difficulty. After 30-45 minutes (depending on the Group) in land not claimed with some small obstacles but in general semi flat. Don't forget a repellent, sunglasses and hat because the Sun is always good in this part of the city.
