  • Good to understand the way they live and what they produce them self, but should be inside the chanchan site not far. Fair enough
  • It is very close to Chan Chan, is a small tour which must make in this Museum and is included in your ticket of Chan Chan (it costs 10 soles regular price, the price is lower for older adults) a taxi from Chan Chan Museum will charge you about 5 or 6 soles.

  • The museum is small, but it gives good background to the Chimu Civilization and what you will see at the ruins, Esmeralda, and Arco Iris.

  • I went here first to skip getting a guide at Chan Chan. I bought the guide here that explains the rooms at the site. The museum itself is short but fascinating and the 10 soles for entry includes entrance to Chan Chan, Huaca de Esmeralda and Huaca del Dragon also. If you plan on doing the visit yourself get dropped off at the museum first. I got dropped off in front on Chan Chan and had to walk 15 minutes to the museum.
  • Informative Museum in which you can inform surplus the ruins of chan chan, there have been some ceramics found there

  • I liked enough, I know that you can improve with the support of all, but I know that the work should be fairly valued. Completely closed to the public... and again and again.
