  • Not a square to see the sights. But like you might use a square in your own or your favorite city. To sit and rest a while. Interesting trees.  more »
  • It is a tiny square with fed up vegetation, selling crafts and beautiful landscapes where you can see the Christ of cusco. Is in the Center historical, by what has near many attractions, a good place to stay is or walk.

  • The appropriate name for this Plaza given it means Plaza of Rejoicing or Patio of Happiness in Quechua (originally called Cusipata). The ancient Incans would use the Plaza to celebrate community festivals of less serious significance to those observed in the nearby Plaza de Armas (called Aucayoata/Wayak Pata or Huacapata in Quechua).
  • A cute little city square with a fountain in the middle. Some nice shops around it and the Museum of Contemporary Art is there too. Many tour groups meet here in the mornings and evenings. Very safe area. Good place to hang out.
  • I stumbled upon this hidden gem on my way to the Catedral and the main Plaza de Armas. It manages to be secluded and peaceful while being just steps away from the touristy hustle and bustle
  • Fantastic place. Full of history. Very good restaurants and an amazing view.
  • Cool plaza off of the main one with great restaurants and some nice native trees.
