(4.4/5 based on 300+ reviews on the web)
The oldest church in Cusco, Church of San Blas (Iglesia de San Blas) dates back to the early 16th century. This adobe-style church may not impress you with its size, but its interior decorations certainly will. • Vale worth visit always when you have comprehensive visit to 3 churches and the museum ticket. It is very simple, mainly when compared to the Baroque and the Cathedral. The contrast between the white of the walls and the Golden altars is very rare. The good news is that you can climb the Bell Tower and capture a list view of the city and the San Blas square

  • We love to know the Church/parish most ancient Cuzco, according to its history mentioned that the Church was built on an inca sanctuary dedicated to the worship of the Illapa, God of Thunder, lightning and Thunderbolt. Wonderful pictures, a countless trip to the Peruvian art

  • Hermoso
  • Visit Church erected on an Inca sanctuary in the city of Cusco in Peru, the Temple of San Blas, and the thing I found most beautiful in the world, a jewel of colonial art, is a pulpit in the Plateresque style dedicated to the Virgin of the good created by a called evanista event Juan Tomas Tuirutupac Inca. It has 1,200 pieces with 70 different Cedar filigree figures, consists of a baffle, backrest, lid and Base where this reflected the image of the Virgen del Buen Suceso and the evangelists Matthew, mark, John and Luke.

  • Still maintaining and keeping its history despite the years, too bad that it is not open every day.
