  • Place is what it is ' a more authentic... women are in traditional costumes and a typical market just the pretty square walk to do in this city

  • A canyon longer and deeper than that of Colorado. Another difference there are people who grow up to 4000 million adrets, on terraces (restanques would say Provence) which make farmers mountaineers! The scenery is sumptuous. And then, El condor pasa! The condor bird sacred to the Andeans, living up to 70 years, monogamous and scavenger. They were there! 3 great Condors that were hovering over our heads. Return to Chivay, then again the neck of 5000 m and road to Puno and Lake Titicaca
