Upon entering the Castle, you can photograph you with a sort of replica of the Fontana di Trevi(para mí carece de sentido, ya que no tiene relación con la cultura Chanca, así como otros espacios que se mezclan con otras culturas y escenarios remodelados) but anyway I think that they try to make the visit more enjoyable. A two circuits can be found (a small Museum of culture Chanca and also Moche, more a living room filled with replicas of some animals and finally a few mirrors where you can see with short legs, long, short, chubby... and B circuit with small rooms of what used to be the castle in its early days, since from the time they have mucjas remodeling...) a gazebo type replica of the covadonga... a room with chairs and tables where you can buy wine and sit back to enjoy with friends, family or take it home. You can also shoot you with an OWL that perches on your arm (extra charge). There are several rooms to go, you can buy a souvenir or craft, the Castle offers a nice view of the sea.

No se ni como describirlo, este lugar es una mezcla de varias cosas inconclusas e irrelevantes, decoración recargada y sin identidad alguna, parece un mercado, desilusionante. And the food, the worst, ask chancho Al palo and it was impossible to eat, reheated and taste horrible. Lousy place, ever had to be a historical and interesting site, now it seems to a neighborhood fair, side entry, do not pay the price for anything. And the parking lot 5 soles.

The best Castle is the view of the sea and its small museum where you can see supposedly part of the Chancay culture, I say "supposedly" because I am not an expert of the matter, also, stuffed animals can be seen in the Museum. In relation to the cost of the entry something expensive I think for what is offered; However, if one visits or through Chancay, the castle is a place that you can not miss.

Chancay castle is a beautiful modern folly, it embraces several ancient cultures Romans, King Arthur and India. Inside is a small but interesting collection of ancient artifacts including mummified bodies. It would appeal to children and adults alike and I for one am glad I stopped by. The views along the coast are magnificent. It doesn't cater to English speakers but it's still a lot of fun and cheap. Think Disneyworld meets Incas and King Arthur. Good old fashion cheesy fun.
