Revash Mausoleo de los Chachapoyas, Chachapoyas

(4.6/5 based on 85+ reviews on the web)
Feel like an intrepid explorer at Revash Mausoleo de los Chachapoyas, a mysterious necropolis of the Chachapoya civilization. Dating back to pre-Inca times, these ingenious sculptures are carved straight into the side of the rock. What's more, they remain almost entirely intact. Many believe these to be replicas of the housing from the era. While not a hike in the strictest sense, the steep trek to the ruins demands appropriate footwear and a bit of muscle power. • This is another of the attractive to visit Chachapoyas. Is can take a tour or go directly the people of where begins the walk towards the mausoleums. I recommend going with a good guide for a better explanation.

  • Place where it was buried to the elite of the chachapoya, located in a fairly inaccessible location, since the chachapoya wanted not to be invaded or destroyed, also has a beautiful landscape.
